Everyone’s career history and experiences are unique and I love spending the time to find out more about you and exactly what you do to create a professional and personalised career profile. My aim is to showcase you at your best. If you are after a graphically designed résumé then we may not be the right fit. I focus on the content. I maximise the use of prime ‘real estate’ on your résumé and ensure to optimise the use of space, showcasing the most important aspects on the first page (whilst not overcrowding the content). I will re-write and revamp your résumé in a clear and concise way to ensure your experience can be interpreted by the reader and in the minimum timeframe you have to impress them.

How it works:

Are you ready to start applying for your ideal role and would love to ensure your résumé /CV is optimised and looking it’s best.

Do you have an existing résumé that hasn’t been ‘touched up’ in a long time, you feel it’s a tad dated and needs a revamp or let’s face it, a complete overhaul.

Can’t find your old résumé or simply don’t have one, that’s ok. I’ll send you a form to complete to gather what I need to get started. No need in wasting valuable time on the phone chatting through the basics, I want the juicy stuff.

1st step is to book in for your Career Consultation here.

Next, you will be asked to upload your existing résumé to the booking form. Don’t have one? Simply reply to the confirmation email to let me know and i’ll send it through to you.

You Career Consultation is completed via phone or video conference (zoom.us). We spend 1 hour, where I get to know you, your barriers, your career history, key skills, strengths and achievements. (Come prepared with any career related or job search questions you may have).

Résumé Overhaul:
Take the burden out of writing your own résumé and let a professional do it for you. Your new résumé will be custom made and personalised to you. Includes a 1hr Career Coaching / Phone consultation where I get to know you and your career, to tweak, revamp and overhaul your old résumé. Use this call to discuss your career or job search challenges.

Generic Cover Letter:

Think of this cover letter as your ‘master copy’. You will need to make tweaks here and there as it is important to ensure you tailor your cover letter for each application. I will write a unique and personalised cover letter, that sounds and feels like you. I will include advice /suggestions on how to tailor your cover letter for each position you apply for.
~ 20min phone call included when purchased individually.

Tailored Cover Letter:
Once you have a vacancy that you would like to apply for, send it through to me (with a few days’ notice) and I specifically tailor your cover letter for 1 vacancy. I will ensure it is unique to you and sounds and feels like you. Advice /suggestions will be provided on how to tailor your cover letter for additional applications. ~ 20min phone call included when purchased individually.

DIY Résumé Refresh /Critique:
Like doing it yourself but want a professional to cast their eye over it? With this DIY kit, I provide you with my résumé template for you to re-format your own résumé, I give you further tips, guidance and the ins and outs on what to /not to include in your résumé. I will critique your final product, until we are both happy with the finished product.
Additional fee if you want me to kickstart it with reformatting your résumé into the new template.
This option is all done online over email and does not include a phone consultation.

DIY Cover Letter /Critique:
Confident in your writing capability? If you are happy to write your own cover letter or just need a template with guidance on what to write, this one is for you. I will review and edit your finished product.

LinkedIn Profile Edit:

Today, it is increasingly important to ensure your online brand is on-point and showcasing you at your best. The LinkedIn profile edit includes;

–          a new or improved tagline (header);

–          professionally written summary;

–          key word optimised for your field /industry;

–          you career history outlined (differentiated from your CV);

–          education updated;

–          Key Skills utilised effectively

–          general tips to using LinkedIn

A headshot is not included; however, I do recommend some very talented photographers based on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. Enquire for further details.


Career Coaching:
Do you feel stuck in your current role?
Are you looking for a career change and need guidance on how to identify your new direction?
I offer 1hour career coaching sessions . These are suited to those seeking clarity on their career direction.
I recommend a minimum of 3 x 1-hour sessions; however, you can purchase as many or little as you like.

To gain an idea on exactly what is covered in the recommended 3x sessions:

–          Session 1 – Discovery! Let’s work out your strengths, what you like /enjoy and what is not working for you. Also includes a Personality Test!

–          Session 2 – Strategy! Let’s get planning and ready to put the wheels in motion and work out a plan to get you to where you want to go.

–          Session 3 – is Action! – Here we will define your goals, monitor and action the steps to get you there.

Interview Coaching:
I love interview coaching! This service is best purchased when you have an interview to attend (although not necessary). It’s broken into 3 parts and includes;

–          an Interview Tips & Preparation worksheet sent out prior to the coaching session;

–          1-hour phone or video consultation (via zoom);

–          a 2-3 page ‘de-brief’ document with tailored interview responses, notes from our coaching session and additional interview tips that you can refer back to for each interview.

Selection Criteria:
I have assisted many job seekers apply for government positions that require a Selection Criteria or Suitability Statement. As each application requirements are unique, I quote per application. Contact me directly for a unique quote to your application here.
This is a team effort and you will need to provide the work examples for me to reconstruct. I will review, edit and re-word to ensure each criterion meet the STAR method.
